Skillset

1. Technically competent in Tagetik CCH, SQL & Hyperion Modules such as Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management & FDM, SmartView.

2. Technically competent in Unix/Linux/Windows, MS SQL, JBoss, Batch & Shell scripting.

3. Up to 7+ years of IT experience & 5+ application development/support

4. Last 3 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services industry

5. Strong experience in banking/financial services industry

6. Demonstrable analytical skills with deep knowledge Production Support Environment.

7. Incident, problem, and service Outage management experience is Plus.

8. Good Communication and Articulation Skills.

Roles/Responsibilities

1. Responsible to provide BAU support for ensuring system availability and provide support for applications like Tagetik CCH, Hyperion modules – HFM, FDQM, Essbase.

2. Responsible to provide operational support and ensure SLI of system availability, online and batch deliverables.

3. Support diverse jurisdictions comprising of SG, MY, CN, International

4. Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput

5. Contribute to business requirement review for technical implementation as a subject matter expert for IT to ensure SDLC standards are met.

6. Conduct review of technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project team to ensure they conform to IT standards.

7. Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units.

8. Perform impact analysis of enhancements/projects that will impact supported systems.

9. Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises.

10. Provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed, covering application support and application change deployment.

11. Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects

12. Able to support SIT/UAT/PROD/DR deployment, with DevOps

13. Able to support relevant software/platform/database upgrade for the systems.

14. Work with various clusters (Infra, DBA, Network, Data Centre) and coordinate whenever any production issue & Batch recovery.

Role Summary

This role supports workplace and office operations to enable a smooth and effective working environment for project teams. The individual will handle office coordination, workplace logistics, and operational support, working independently to manage multiple requests in a fast paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workplace & Operations Support

• Support day to day workplace operations, including procurement of office supplies and pantry provisions

• Coordinate food and logistical arrangements to support team activities and meetings

• Maintain basic operational trackers (e.g. office assets, equipment, access items)

• Support office location changes or workspace transitions during defined periods, where required

2. Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate meeting schedules and send calendar invites as required

• Track meeting logistics and follow up on arrangements to ensure readiness

• Ensure meeting details (venue, materials, attendees) are organised and communicated

3. Meeting & Logistics Support

• Prepare meeting materials where required

• Support meeting setup and post-meeting follow-ups

• Assist in ensuring smooth execution of team meetings and events

4. Operational Records & Asset Management

• Maintain and update organisation charts and operational records

• Track and manage office related items such as access cards and asset lists

• Ensure operational documentation is kept current and organised

5. Workplace Point of Contact

• Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day administrative queries

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., facilities, IT, HR) for operational requests

6. Ad Hoc Support

• Provide general workplace and administrative support as required by the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with merchants during the onboarding process to support backend configuration and API integration.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance on the use of our APIs and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and business teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant-reported issues related to usage, performance, or integration with our systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants experiencing technical problems or providing feedback on system usability.
• Identify recurring issues and work with the product and engineering teams to recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of issue resolutions, integration guidelines, and FAQs.
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
• Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer.
• After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer when necessary.
• Work coordination with various internal technical teams, such as Product Team / Support Team / Development Team, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or related field
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Technical proficiency in software and technology troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and ability to understand and navigate new technology quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Report to the head of the department.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web3 technologies (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts, crypto wallets, or decentralized applications) is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to data exchange and system integration.

Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Key role to support project and sales activities.

· To handle administrative related duties for project work and sales activities.

· Review documentation including proof reading, modification and improve on existing work.

· Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposal.

· Perform strategic procurement, liaise and negotiate with vendors for the best price.

· Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectation and satisfaction is Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders

· Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding inquiries, feedback, and supports/complaints.

· Invoice Billing and maintain a proper filing system for invoices and financial documents

· Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and external customers.

Requirements
