POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence, this role will be part of Teleflex APAC Strategy & Commercial Excellence function. This role is integral in providing analytics, insights, and project management support for the APAC regional strategy and marketing teams. This role may also be tasked with coordinating APAC regional leadership / business unit / functional teams, on an as-needed basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)the following:

·       Serve as a data analytics expert to support across business units and for specific projects, through synthesizing & analyzing multiple data sources and providing actionable insights.

·       Manage APAC market models using internal and external data sources to determine market size and share, map out key opportunities, and track business performance.

·       Lead the development & maintenance of sales dashboards; generate and deliver monthly reports including commercial analytics and insights

·       Develop and implement APAC pricing database &framework to monitor pricing trends, create pricing models with scenario simulation, and provide insights to inform pricing strategies.

·       Conduct market research for effective strategy development, based on industry insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, policy developments, customer behaviors, portfolio analysis, etc.

·       Support APAC region’s strategic planning preparation and Go-To-Market strategies development.

·       Provide ad-hoc analysis, reports and project management support according to business needs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•       Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences ,Engineering or a related field.

•       3-5 years experience in strategic planning, consulting or market intelligence within a medical device or pharmaceutical MNC or a healthcare consulting / market research firm.

•       Proficient analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets using a structured approach to problem solving and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information.

•       Must have proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Expertise in other data analysis and visualization tools is advantageous.

•       Exceptional communication, analytical andmulti-tasking skills, along with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on business development initiatives  to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.

Overview

This role supports the implementation of an AML filtering system (Firco) for the Bangkok branch. The position operates at the Regional Head Office level, ensuring governance, coordinating requirements across branches, and supporting both UAT execution and business analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

UAT & Testing

• Serve as the primary tester for Firco system tools (FMM, FML) using FLV.
• Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with Compliance and IT teams.
• Prepare test data, including setup and registration of rules and sanctions lists within Firco tools.
• Execute and re-execute test cases; validate results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate testing outcomes and prepare consolidated test reports and summaries.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work closely with the Regional IT Project Manager to provide progress updates and highlight risks/issues.
• Act as a key liaison between IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Lead discussions and facilitate meetings with branches and Head Office stakeholders.
• Align on operational workflows and new system functionalities across regions.

Business Analyst Support

• Support Compliance Business Analysts with requirement gathering and analysis.
• Provide insights from testing to improve system functionality and business processes.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare clear documentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Track project progress and report status effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a Strategic CRM Analyst to join our Regional CRM team. This is not a "back-office" reporting role. You will be the bridge between complex data sets and actionable business growth. While you will be responsible for the technical rigor of data extraction and dashboarding, your primary value lies in your ability to translate numbers into a "Consultancy-grade" narrative for regional and local stakeholders.

1. End-to-End Insights Ownership

• Data Storytelling: Own the analytics lifecycle—from raw data extraction to the delivery of polished, client-ready strategic decks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Data Science (Agency or Client-side experience in a regional capacity is a plus).
• Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to link CRM KPIs (Open rates, CTR, Conversion) to broader business outcomes (Retention, LTV, and Revenue).
