The P&O Executive roleis to provide structured, accurate, and compliant People & Organisationsupport to MVH Asia’s hospitals, enabling associates to perform effectively anddeliver high-quality veterinary care.

This role ensures theconsistent execution of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycleprocesses in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting both businesscontinuity and associate experience.

Key Responsibilities

The P&O Executive provides day-to-day operational and administrativesupport to the P&O Business Partner (BP) team, working closely with payrollvendors, Finance, Line Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure HRprocesses are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance.

• Support insurance administration by updating enrolments and deletions and following up on associate insurance related queries when needed.

Leave, Time & Attendance Support

• Set up and maintain approval workflows in HR systems and support the generation of leave, time, and attendance reports as requested by P&O BPs or Line Managers.
• Assist with absenteeism and punctuality reporting, including basic validations to support payroll processing.

Pre Onboarding & Onboarding Coordination

• Coordinate preboarding activities by reaching out to new hires to collect required documentation and creating associate profiles in HR systems.
• Liaise with Line Managers and IT teams to ensure system access, email accounts, and equipment are arranged before Day 1.
• Send welcome and Day 1 reporting details to new hires, ensuring a smooth and well coordinated onboarding experience.

Offboarding Coordination

• Update HR systems accurately upon an associate’s exit and support offboarding processes, including clearance, documentation, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and Finance on final payroll, tax clearance, and any ad hoc payments, escalating complex cases to the P&O BP team.

Performance & Records Management

• Support performance tracking by collating and filing appraisal forms, disciplinary documents, and performance related records accurately and within timelines.
• Ensure all documentation is properly stored and maintained in associate personnel files.

Job Purpose

To provide operational and administrative support for chartering and shipping activities. Responsible for assisting with vessel fixtures, voyage documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipping operations.

Principal Accountabilities

·        Assist with daily chartering activities including spot and period fixtures.

·        Administer charter parties, fixture notes, and voyage documentation.

·        Coordinate with brokers, shipowners, suppliers, customers, and agents on shippinginstructions and follow‑ups.

·        Support bunker procurement and voyage optimization for time‑chartered vessels.

·        Maintain vessel position databases, freight market information, and e‑filing systems.

·        Provide traders with preliminary freight data and updates on market intelligence.

·        Liaise with shipbrokers and cargo/shipping operators for vessel clearance and operational support.

·        Track cargo and port requirements, ensuring documentation compliance.

·        Assisting resolving post‑fixture issues and disputes under guidance.

·        Maintain accurate records of all chartering/shipping activities.

·        Provide administrative support to team members and act as relief for colleagues when required.

Minimum Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Navigation, or related discipline.

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping, oil trading, or tanker owner/broker operations.

·        Good knowledge of charterparty terms and product tanker operations.

·        Proficient in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Accounts Function:

Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

1. Services (Front of House):

· Responsible for setting-up and handling work station(s) assigned.

· Ensure all used plates and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.

2. Kitchen (Back of House):

· Ensure all stocks and ingredients are restocks/sufficient.

3. People Management:

· Build restaurant staffs commitment by demonstrating and reinforcing the leadership behaviours and work standards.

· Develop and follow through on restaurant staffs’ development plan to increase their loyalty and commitment, and pride with the outlet’s experience.

· Ensure all restaurant staff understand and adhere to all appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures.

· Recruit, select and retain an optimum number of restaurant staffs, who are enthusiastically dedicated to guest satisfaction.

· Oversee and review performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for all restaurant staffs in a timely manner.

· Administer in-restaurant employees’ welfare & benefits packages, as well as payroll procedures.

· Maintain records for safety and appropriately documents contributions and performance in personal file.

4. Sales Building Management:

· Responsible for achieving monthly sales target by deploying the store marketing strategies leveraging on correct and updated data.

· Take necessary measures to ensure promotions are executed effectively to achieve/exceed the expected sales result.

5. Workplace Safety & Security:

· Ensure all security procedures (cash deposits, staggered method of opening, closing, etc.) are executed accordingly.

· Maintain all physical aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping, building, equipment, etc and ensure it is following the documented inspection and testing standards.

· Ensure all workplace safety policies procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.

· Undertake regular practices of emergency & evacuation procedures and enforce compliance when need arises.

· Undertake risk assessments on all restaurant specific issues, where the absence of such could put employees and guests at risk.

· Undertake full investigations of workplace incidents in the restaurant promptly and act upon any rectifications or work improvements.

6. Others:

· Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by Restaurant Manager.
