Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site.
• Coordinate M & E services and prepare drawings for submission.
• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M & E works on site with Authorities and SWC (system-wide contractors).

1. Multi‑Outlet Operations

• Act as liaison between HQ and outlet kitchen teams
• Identify operational gaps and support issue resolution
• Ensure alignment with SOP & service standards

2. SOP Governance & Audits

• Conduct spot checks on hygiene, food safety & operational SOPs
• Recommend workflow improvements

3. Supplier, Vendor & Inventory Coordination

• Manage supplier orders, deliveries & goods verification
• Maintain inventory logs and vendor files
• Process supplier invoices & coordinate with Finance

4. Cash Handling & Finance SOP Compliance

• Collect outlet cash (if any) and reconcile documents
• Submit accurately to Finance team

5. Expansion, Renovation & Reinstatement Support

• Coordinate with contractors on timelines, checks & installations
• Support new openings, reinstatement works & equipment setup

6. Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work with Marketing on campaigns & activations

Your Role

• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• To work and coordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters
• To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections

The Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering and its equivalent
• At least min 5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry is preferred
• Excellent coordination and communication skills gained through experience in the supervision of field staff
• Be assertive, independent, and proactive with a positive attitude
• Able to start work on short notice is preferred

• Coordinate architectural works between consultants, contractors, and clients.
