Senior BIM Modeller

 to support ongoing infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate BIM models and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D BIM Modelling:

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller or Drafter within the construction or engineering industry.

• Software Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Modeller & AutoCAD Drafter to support our design and engineering teams in creating accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings. Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of electrical and railway infrastructure projects ,ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and incompliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and control all project activities from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

·        Liaise with clients, operators, consultants, and internal management to achieve project objectives and meet contractual performance requirements.

·        Attend and lead SWC and subcontractor coordination meetings to resolve technical, commercial, and site issues.

• A Piping & Thermal Insulation Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of piping systems and insulation materials in industrial, construction, or energy-related projects.
