We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Receptionists. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients at a Community Hospital environment, ensuring a polite and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage the reception counter, including call handling and appointment scheduling.

• Provide clear directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities.

• Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain an organised front-desk area.

• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration.

• Availability to work on a shift basis (Day Shift or Night Shift). (12 hours)

• Willingness to work at hospital locations (Bedok South or Simei).

As an IT Infrastructure Operations & Support Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our clients' IT infrastructures. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and enhancing complex network environments, fostering secure and resilient systems essential for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems (Windows and RHEL), and related platforms to ensure high availability, stability, and reliability of services.
• Execute incident resolution and problem remediation in alignment with Incident Management and Problem Management processes, acting as an escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents to ensure timely service restoration within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Advise customers on performance and capacity improvement recommendations; and implement optimization initiatives
• Implement and maintain security controls for customers, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and system hardening, in compliance with customer security policies and best practices.
• Ensure the timely application of security patches and updates in accordance with established Change and Release Management processes to maintain system integrity and security posture.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date IT documentation, including system configurations and architecture, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance and recovery procedures, and incident and problem records; produce operational and security reports, including incident post‑mortems and root‑cause analyses (RCA), for management and customers; and improve service consistency while enhancing response and resolution times in alignment with customers’ SLAs.

• Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure seamless IT operations; coordinate audit, incident, and change activities; and communicate technical risks, service impacts, and recommendations clearly and effectively to non‑technical customer stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and/or information security within enterprise or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and security principles.
• Proven experience in IT operations management, including system administration, patch management, and system health and performance monitoring. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Certificate Authority (PKI), Group Policy, and other related Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Willing to be on 24x7 standby
• Possess valid class 3 license is a plus point.

Work location: Jurong East

A multi-cloud platform that runs across AWS and Azure, with secure infrastructure-as-code in Terraform, container workloads on Kubernetes, observability through ELK and Grafana, and GCC/HCC-style regulated-environment assumptions.
·   A clear architecture diagram with trust boundaries, identity flows, and telemetry paths

·   Terraform modules and environment overlays for the secure landing zone

·   Cluster and workload hardening controls, including admission and runtime policy

·   CI/CD pipeline definitions with security gates, scanning, signing, and release controls

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support network environments including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain servers, network devices, and security systems with proactive issue resolution.
• Support infrastructure expansion, upgrades, and integration with internal systems.
• Monitor and manage IT and security infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements with minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance for servers, endpoints, and network devices.
• Support backup operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
• Recommend improvements and new technologies to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Coordinate procurement, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare project documentation, timelines, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Strong technical capability in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Understanding of infrastructure security practices, including patching, access control, and vulnerability management.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, or VCP are advantageous.

The Governance & Awareness Specialist drives enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and governance reporting to reduce human cyber risk. The role designs and delivers a risk‑based security awareness programme, measures and improves employee behaviour, and provides governance oversight to ensure GISO documentation and management reporting are accurate, consistent, and decision‑ready.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Identify top human cyber risks and define required behaviour changes to mitigate those risks
• Design, implement, and continuously improve a risk-based cybersecurity awareness program, incorporating employee feedback
• Plan and execute simulated phishing campaigns and targeted awareness initiatives to drive measurable and sustained employee behaviour change
• Develop and manage a metrics framework to track compliance, employee behaviour, and program effectiveness
• Produce high‑quality management reporting using a single source of truth to support risk ownership and decision‑making
• Create clear, engaging security communications, training materials, and internal awareness content
• Partner with Corporate Communications function to deliver regular, targeted messaging that reinforces a strong security‑aware culture
• Coordinate governance oversight of GISO policies, standards, and guidelines, working with subject‑matter experts to ensure timely reviews and updates
• Manage GISO intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on cybersecurity-related matters as required
• Support Risk & Assurance function on cyber risk activities (e.g. CMMC, Control Self-Assessments) as required
• Monitor emerging threats and trends to ensure awareness content remains relevant and timely

Reporting Line:

• This position reports to the Group Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO)

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security awareness, communications, marketing, or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units and enabling functions
• Experience working with HR, Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365 and Power BI
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), content authoring, and training delivery platforms
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and outcome measurement
• Strong judgment, prioritisation, and attention to detail
• Candidates with no experience but good academic records can be considered
