They are seeking a Leasing & Administrative Executive to support lease administration and tenant coordination for a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth leasing processes, accurate documentation, and timely reporting.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and process lease documents from offer to execution
• Liaise with tenants, agents, and lawyers to ensure timely completion
• Perform due diligence checks (e.g. AML, ACRA) and maintain proper records
• Update leasing data and documentation in internal systems (e.g. Yardi)
• Coordinate viewings, manage enquiries, and maintain vacancy listings
• Follow up on rental arrears and tenant-related matters
• Maintain accurate tenant and contact database
• Handle regulatory submissions (e.g. URA occupancy reporting)
• Track tenant insurance requirements and support property tax matters
• Assist with purchase requests, invoice processing, and general admin support

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, leasing, or operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables; macros is an advantage)
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: Up to $3,900 + AWS + VB
Work Location: CBD
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
