In this role you will:

A.  Accounts Responsibility:

·    Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

·    Perform daily accounting & finance duties includingreceivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliationetc.

·    Prepare monthly financial and management reports formanagement.

·    Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger.

·    Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

·    Support audit and tax queries.

B.  Admin Responsibility:

·    Reporting to Sales Manager.

·    Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

·    Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

·    Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

·    Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

·    Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

·    Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

·    Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

·    Basic accounting skills.

·    Computer skill such as MS Office.

·    Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Summary

Looking for a technical windows expert for all Cloud operations services (Windows) in the organization. As such, he/she will provide support and act as the last level of escalation point for all production support activities within the operations team. Will be accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical solutions within their scope and has to work effectively with technical peers such as architects, peer experts and project teams on technology road maps and projects. They will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, manage knowledge and ensure the necessary trainings are imparted to the team wherever applicable.

The team operates and delivers projects for its infrastructure scope covering Cloud Windows OS, Failover Cluster, Hyper-V, VMware, AWS, GCP, and HPE DL/Synergy/Simplivity/Alletra series hardware.

Job Detailed Description

An Expert has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions.

As an expert of his/her team, he/she:

• assigns technical tasks and manages delegation for technical issues,
• animates the team to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices,
• has a role in supporting technical skills development and provides training when required.
• supports new technologies and leverages them to provide consistency of service across streams,
• manages service improvements for all Windows services supported throughout the organization,

As an experienced professional in Windows, he/she:

• supports his/her team during diagnosis when technical issues rise in his/her scope of expertise,
• is aware of the global IT structure so that he/she anticipates interrelationships within the organization,
• engages with technical peer, Service managers, Architect and project teams on technology roadmap and projects,

• facilitates transformation projects and suggest future directions for new areas of improvement and change,
• guarantees the production readiness and license to operate of new projects and solutions,
• is available and able to drive technically, any complex or high severity incidents that occur within the scope of their role,
• actively engages to understand new technologies and technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporating them into the operations,

As the escalation point of contact for Clients, he/she:

• manages the daily relationship with Clients including planning, requests clarification, risks mitigation and service quality.

Legal and Regulatory responsibilities, he/she:

• complies with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Job Specific Environment and/or Organization

• Working hours will be in rotating shifts and primarily to cover Europe business hours

Candidate Profile

Mandatory track record

• 7+ years of experience in managing Windows environment with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes.
• Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) will be an advantage.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alletra series).
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with Python, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with patching tools and Active Directory.
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
• Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues.

·       Prepare production schedules and allocate resources effectively.

3.     Inventory Management:

·       Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.

·       Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

·       Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels.

4.     Customer Support:

·       Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via various communication channels.

·       Provide timely updates on order statuses, delivery schedules, and other customer-related matters.

·       Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

5.     Administrative Duties:

·       Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.

Job Requirements
