Job Summary

We are looking for a capable IT & Digitalization Specialist to join our Network & Digitalization Department. You will be responsible for overseeing information security across the ASEAN region, providing technical support for digital operations, and leading digital transformation initiatives initiated by our International Headquarters. This role requires a blend of operational IT maintenance, security management, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Information Security Management (ASEAN Region)

• Manage the daily information security framework for the ASEAN region.

• Implement security protection measures to prevent information risks and ensure the safety of regional information systems and data.

• Oversee information and network security management protocols.

2. Digital Technical Support & Operations

• Provide technical support and services related to digitalization across the region.

• Respond to business digitalization needs and enhance regional digital operational efficiency.

• Support the construction of digital systems and maintain existing IT infrastructure.

• Ensure accurate and timely management of supplier costs, including quarterly and annual accruals and write-offs.

3. Digital Transformation Projects

• Lead the localization and execution of the International Company’s digital science and technology transformation strategy within the ASEAN region.

• Formulate regional implementation plans and coordinate resources to ensure transformation tasks are effectively advanced.

• Organize the team to complete and implement the annual digital transformation action plan.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of basic IT infrastructure, including servers and office networks.

• Familiarity with IT products or security products; possession of relevant professional certifications is highly advantageous.

• Awareness of frontier technology hotspots and industry trends.

• Bilingual Proficiency (English & Chinese): Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts at the global headquarters and to review technical documentation from the parent company

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Executive (Cybersecurity & Operations) to support the organisation’s cybersecurity posture and day-to-day IT operations. This role combines hands-on security operations with IT support responsibilities, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and well-managed. The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, operationally strong, and able to translate cybersecurity requirements into practical system configurations.

Responsibilities:

1. Cybersecurity Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor security alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection, and network systems; perform triage and escalate where required
• Analyse logs and system activity to detect anomalies and potential cybersecurity threats
• Support implementation and maintenance of security tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint detection, MDR services)
• Review and fine-tune security alerts and monitoring rules to improve effectiveness

2. Incident Response & Risk Management

• Perform first-level incident investigation, containment, and recovery actions

• Work with relevant stakeholders on data protection and data security initiatives

4. Vulnerability Management & Hardening

• Conduct vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation activities
• Track patching status and ensure timely updates across systems and endpoints
• Implement and maintain system hardening baselines (e.g., CIS benchmarks, NIST guidelines)
• Monitor security posture across assets and follow up on gaps

5. Vendor & Security Tool Coordination

• Liaise with cybersecurity vendors (e.g., MDR, VAPT, firewall providers)
• Track service deliverables, incidents, and remediation progress
• Support evaluation and onboarding of new tools and solutions

6. IT Operations & End-User Support

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support for incidents and service requests
• Support system administration for Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Active Directory, endpoints and network infrastructure
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and device lifecycle activities
• Perform routine system monitoring and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Preferably 3–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and/or IT operations
• Experience in environments requiring both security and tech support responsibilities

• Handle Internship local and overseas enquiries from students, parents, and companies via email and phone
