Join our TecHub team as an intern, where you'll support day-to-day technology operations, enhance your troubleshooting skills, and learn how IT empowers effective teaching, learning, and work processes across our schools. This internship is ideal for students, graduates, or individuals keen to build practical experience in IT support.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing Level 1 IT on-site or remote support to all end users in Eden Schools, Eden Centres and AAS HQ.
2. Providing day-to-day IT on-site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac book, iPad, printer, projector and with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook,etc)
3. Provisioning new user accounts which include installing and configuring workstations, software, network printing & etc.
4. Updating documentation of IT assets, software license purchase and inventory records (as required)
5. Updating software license and hardware inventory (as required)
6. Liaising with vendors for tech support on laptops and desktops. (as required)
7. Supporting School events as and when required. E.g AV support, photographer. (as required)
8. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or School Management

Period: Between Jun to Dec 2026

Work days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Internship allowance: $1,400 per month

The Intern, Brand & Communications sits in the Brand, Communications and Sustainability team and will support the team in enhancing our brand and corporate communications efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, internal and external communications, and campaign execution. The intern will gain valuable exposure to corporate communications, public relations, and brand-building initiatives in a regional setting.

Responsibilities

Content creation & social media

• Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms and websites
• Support the creation of visual assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics
• Monitor social media trends and contribute ideas for campaigns

Employee communications

• Assist in drafting internal communications such as company announcements, newsletter, and event invitations
• Help manage and update content on company intranet

Event & campaign support

• Support the planning and execution of company townhalls, webinars, and sponsorship activities
• Assist in coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations
• Provide logistical support, including catering arrangements and venue setup
• Maintain and update media contact lists to support media relations efforts

Research & performance tracking

• Conduct desktop research on industry trends, competitors, and communication best practices
• Track media coverage and compile reports on campaign performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools
• Familiarity with design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
• Experience with media monitoring tools such as Meltwater is an advantage
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in creating presentation materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, fast learner, and team player with a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage stakeholders is a plus
