1 Year Contract|Monday to Friday (8.30 – 6 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in aprofessional manner
- Mailroom responsibilities such as franking of outgoing mails,sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- Update calendars, schedule meetings and manage room bookings
- Assist in with facilities management and office admin functions
- Handle travel arrangements form booking of hotel accommodations, flight reservations to ground transportations.
- Stock maintenance and monitor pantry and office supplies
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or higher with minimum 3 years experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal details
