Responsibilities
- Review all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
- Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities by proposing alternative options
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Ensure all cost proposals comply with client requirements.
- Compile and submit complete costing documentation within required deadlines.
- Maintain updated cost databases and supplier pricing records.
- To upload documentation into the BC system for whichever awarded project.
- Tender Review & Analysis – Examine all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
- Cost Estimation & Pricing – Prepare accurate cost breakdowns covering materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value while meeting project specifications.
- Commercial Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all cost proposals align with client requirements and maintain proper documentation for approvals and submission.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3-year relevant experience
- Hands on experience in using Dynamic 365 Business Central
