Job Summary

Lead the Finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management supporting business growth and operational excellence at SBSC.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Finance team by setting clear strategic goals and providing ongoing guidance to enhance team performance and collaboration across departments
• Drive process improvements within the Finance team to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
• Oversee statutory and management financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial health
• Prepare, review, and analyze management reports and financial statements to inform senior management decisions
• Lead year-end statutory audits by coordinating audit preparation, documentation, and liaising with auditors
• Maintain and update internal controls and financial policies to ensure robust compliance and risk management
• Manage taxation matters including withholding tax, corporate income tax reviews, and responding to IRAS queries
• Conduct financial analyses to support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making
• Support annual budgeting processes and contribute to special projects such as system implementations

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exposure to the healthcare industry
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Power Query, Power Pivot, and Excel VBA Macros

Job Summary:

Working hours: 5 working days per week - 4 weekdays 1 weekend (roster basis)

Cost Manager (Local – Data Center Portfolio)
Location: Singapore
Type: Full‑Time

A global consultancy is looking for a Cost Manager to support a regional portfolio of data center projects. The role focuses on strengthening cost governance, shaping commercial strategies, and ensuring consistent cost processes across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with project teams, site leads, and regional stakeholders to deliver reliable cost control and best‑practice standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regional oversight to cost teams and act as the key escalation point across multiple APAC markets.
• Align cost processes, governance, documentation, and reporting requirements across all sites.
• Support pre‑contract work such as ROM budgeting, commercial strategy, and procurement activities.
• Manage cost risk across the project lifecycle and oversee change order reviews.
• Consolidate cost data for regional reporting, forecasting, and funding submissions.
• Develop the capability of cost teams through coaching, onboarding, and process training.
• Individual contributor position, reporting to the Director of Cost Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 6+ years of cost or commercial management experience, ideally with multi‑site or regional exposure.
• Strong background in pre‑contract planning, procurement, commercial strategy, and cost governance.
• Experience in mission‑critical or data center environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple regions.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensures highest standard of service delivery to our customers.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls/emails/social media platform/written correspondences
• Maintains confidentiality of the Bank’s customers and data.
• Identifies and resolves customer issues and enquires received via calls/mail/emails/social media platforms completely,
accurately within the committed turnaround time and in accordance with Department standards to ensure calls handle
accuracy and operational effectiveness

• Educates the customer about the Bank’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help.
Resolves customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer, and completes accurately the necessary
documentation of complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ transaction requests
• Uses technology and system tools as directed and within established guidelines.
Ensures knowledge is up-to-date by participating in individual and team trainings, meetings and reading the information posted in the Contact Centre’s knowledge management system.
• Keeps abreast with current issues in the banking environment and competitors’ innovations.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.

• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service.

• Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.

• Possess good command of written and spoken English.

• Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.
