You will coordinate daily operations with our external fund administrator, managing NAV calculations, portfolio valuations, and trade reconciliations. Working closely with auditors, you will support monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and annual audit cycles while maintaining internal financial records and expense tracking.

Your regulatory responsibilities include coordinating MAS filings, maintaining compliance registers, and ensuring statutory deadlines are met. On the legal front, you will coordinate with external counsel on fund documentation, review investor side letter requests, and maintain our document repository.
