RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data
• Review and analyse monthly reports for the countries in the Territory
• Review the completeness of the financial accounts and cost accounting
• Prepare annual budget and consolidated reports for the Territory
• Manage and monitor the organisation's portfolio of fixed deposits, including the review of strategies to maximise returns

As the Finance Manager for our online gaming business in Singapore, you will serve as the critical strategic link between our Singapore operations and the Global Headquarters in Korea. ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee and manage the financial consolidation process for our investment holding company listed in SGX Catalist board. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)), SGX regulations, and other statutory requirements. Role Purpose

The Finance & HR Manager is part of FMAS’s central corporate functions team, supporting Finance and Human Resource operations across the organisation, including:

This role will work closely with and support the Senior Finance & HR Manager, ensuring strong execution, consistency, and compliance with FMAS’s governance frameworks.
