3. Fund Documentation & Investment Operations

• Handling fund documentation and operational matters will form part of the role, including:
• Review and process fund subscription documentation, capital call notices, distribution notices, and (where applicable) transfer documentation.
• Read and analyse monthly/quarterly reports generated by fund managers or fund administrators, summarising key financial and operational updates.
• Support transaction processing (subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, transfers, trade settlements).

Requirements

The group manages renewable energy and construction projects overseas, primarily in Sri Lanka and India. They are seeking a highly independent and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to support both the financial and operational aspects of the business.

Role Overview

This is a broad and independent role suitable for a strong accountant who is comfortable managing full-set accounts while also supporting operational and trading functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and play a key role in ensuring smooth financial and operational processes across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Handle full-set accounts for multiple holding companies in Singapore
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore

Operations & Business Support

• Liaise closely with the corporate secretary on all company secretarial matters, including preparation of board resolutions, annual filings, and maintenance of statutory records
• Take charge of all ACRA filings, including annual returns, changes in company information (directors, shareholders, registered address etc) and ensuring timely and accurate submission in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support operational functions across renewable energy and construction projects overseas

Requirements
