This Executive, Finance (Contract & Procurement) is a critical role that is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Finance in strengthening and formalizing GetGo’s procurement processes by ensuring efficient day-to-day purchasing operations, strong contract governance, and proper vendor management across the Group.

• Tender Documentation Support: Support the preparation of Invitation to Quote (ITQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for procurement activities including vehicles, workshops, towing, insurance, cameras, cleaning, decals, and other operational services.

• Quotation Comparison & Evaluation: Assist in quotation collection, vendor comparisons, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure compliance with the “3-quotation” policy and proper justification for vendor selection.

• Procurement Coordination: Coordinate procurement timelines, stakeholder inputs, approvals, and documentation to ensure tenders and purchasing activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Contract Drafting Support: Prepare contracts using approved company templates and perform pre-review checks before submission for Finance review.

• Contract Database Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewal dates, expiry tracking, notice periods, and key obligations to ensure proper visibility and prevent missed renewals.

• Governance Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company procurement policies, approval matrices, and internal financial controls.

• Administers and monitors transactional collateral for commodity structured trade finance.

The Role

This position will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial results/management reports
• Assist in analysis of financial results; preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercises
• Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT as and when required

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry
• Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel
• Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik system and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
• Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline

Finance Executive (1-year contract)

Salary: $3.1k to $3.8K

Job duties:

• Handle posting and applied payments
• Manage GIRO deduction process
• Generate and send out invoices
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform account/bank reconciliations
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process receipts in accordance with established procedures
• Prepare bank-in deposits
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Attend to enquiries from customer, salesman and auditor.
• Prepare month-end closing for AR function
• Business process review & re-engineering
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
• Provide supervision and support for AR assistant
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. qualification in Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of AR and accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
• Proficient in relevant ERP systems (Esker or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MS Office
• Proficient in VLOOKUP
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Scope

• Perform redemption of loans and system updating in bank’s operating systems.
• Process fee payments relating to secured/unsecured loans.
• Prepare redemption letters to law firms and customers.
• Review & update system reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Filing of source reports & media and arrange archival.
• Handle customer/lawyer’s enquiries.
• Ensure all requests are processed timely and accurately within specified service standard.
• Highlight any discrepancy/deviation to the Team Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure high quality level in service deliveries.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Management, Accounting, or any related discipline.

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to support day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on expenditure processing, compliance, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial transactions and smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations within the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily expenditure operations, including verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payment requests in accordance with financial procedures
• Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation to support audit, reporting, and month-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of expenditure transactions with internal controls and financial policies
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, discrepancies, and follow-up actions
• Assist in payment processing, reconciliations, and preparation of operational reports
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth finance operations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support overall Finance BAU activities

Requirements:

• Degree qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Able to travel across locations for asset sighting when required

• Assist in General Ledger and Reconciliation Team of Financial Accounting in daily accounting and reporting activities
• Post journal entries and validate systems generated entries.  Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of daily financial close
• Perform Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations and ensure issues and discrepancies are timely resolved with other teams in the bank
• Provide analysis/explanation of PL accounts movement queries
• Perform daily bank statements reconciliation of all Nostro and Vostro accounts. Ensure reconciling items are timely resolved
• Prepare daily and monthly financial schedules supporting the financial statements
• Prepare client assistance packages and assist in auditor’s queries for yearly financial audit
• Provide responsive support to internal and external parties in day to day operations and advisory on accounting matters
• Other ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
