Your Role:
As a Claims Specialist Intern, you’ll work closely with our experienced specialists to assist clients through their claims journey and uncover opportunities to recommend tailored solutions that meet their protection needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and documenting client claims cases with accuracy and empathy
- Support client meetings and observe advisory discussions
- Help identify potential client needs beyond claims and propose solutions under guidance
- Learn about insurance products, protection strategies, and claims processes through structured training
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client care initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
- Local Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Minimum Diploma education (or currently pursuing diploma/degree)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin — to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, curious, and eager to learn
- Sales-inclined mindset — motivated by adding value to others and growing professionally
