Main Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework (.NET 4.5+), frontend frameworks, and SQL Server in a production-critical environment.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules, including development, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent remediation.
• Manage and prioritise high-volume work queues / operations tasks, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Drive code quality and maintainability, including refactoring and reduction of technical debt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and system dependencies.
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and documentation, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, stability, and observability.
• Utilise monitoring and logging tools to detect issues early, analyse system behaviour, and improve reliability.

Mandatory Requirements 

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development within enterprise systems.
• Strong backend expertise in:C#, ASP.NET / MVC (mandatory)SQL Server /Oracle DB (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
• Frontend experience in:AngularJS OR ReactJS (mandatory at least one, hands-on)Exposure to modern frontend frameworks is an advantage

Job Description

• Repair of non-motorised equipment such as maintenance steps, hydraulic carts, nitrogen carts, etc.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved documents
• Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on job card and task sheets upon completion of work
• Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user
• Able to read and understand engineering schematic drawings and manuals

Job requirement

• Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Recommended Qualifications: 

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expert in one or more areas.

• Exhibit expertise in all aspects of technology by understanding broader patterns and techniques as they apply to Citi’s internal and external cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai)

• Lead resources and serve as a functional SME across the company through advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, networking, use of knowledge and experience to lead, architect, and drive broader adoption forward.

• Acquire relevant technology and financial industry skills (AWS PWS) and understand all aspects of NGA technology – including innovative approaches and new opportunities.

• Demonstrate knowledge on automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD.
