We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with sales capability to support the growth of our EV charging solutions business. The role combines technical knowledge with sales responsibilities to promote and implement EV charger installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell EV charging solutions to commercial and residential clients

• Conduct site assessments and provide basic technical recommendations for EV charger installations

• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers

• Liaise with contractors and internal teams for installation and project coordination

• Provide technical support and product explanations to clients

• Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Knowledge of electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure preferred

• Sales experience or interest in technical sales is an advantage

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning models
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases
• Develop and deploy CNN–RNN based architectures for multimodal applications (vision, speech, text)
• Integrate AI models into production systems via REST APIs and microservices
• Develop scalable backend services using Python
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions on AWS (or other cloud platforms)
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and inference
• Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and continuous integration
• Ensure best practices in model governance, security, and compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of programming experience in Python
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Eg: Claude)
• Experience building RAG pipelines and vector search systems
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts
• Experience with CNN, RNN, or Hybrid architectures
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools, GitHub, Jenkins
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks
• Experience with multimodal AI systems
• Experience in data pipelines and distributed systems
• This role requires weekend on call support

• Completing and reviewing work assignments and adjusting workload and resources periodically with the team.
• Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation.
• Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements.
• Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead.
• Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences/ChemicalEngineering.
• Some lab exp in chemistry / Fragrance lab

We are looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to support and enhance shopfloor automation systems within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, driving automation improvements, and supporting production-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance shopfloor automation (SFA) applications
• Provide 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 support for production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve system performance and availability
• Gather requirements and implement enhancements for automation solutions, including equipment integration
• Maintain documentation and support change implementation activities
• Conduct user training and support system adoption
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational workflows

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in automation systems or manufacturing IT environments
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and database concepts
• Exposure to shopfloor systems, MES, or automation platforms is advantageous
• Familiarity with SECS/GEM, TIBCO (TIB/RV), or equipment integration is a plus
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
