Job Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations in the workshop, including cutting, welding, griding, drilling and repairs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into clear work instructions for the team.
• Allocate manpower and monitor job progress to meet schedule and quality expectations.
• Ensure fabrication work aligns with structural integrity, tolerances and requirements.
• Inspect completed jobs for workmanship, dimensional accuracy and welding quality.
• Support root cause analysis of failed or defective components and propose design/fabrication improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct briefings to technicians before start of shift and ensure proper handing over and taking over of shifts.

Job Summary

Join as a Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance at an Energy Infrastructure site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient asset operations in collaboration with Operations and Project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans and schedules aligned with site standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and replacement of mechanical equipment such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, storage tanks, and pressure vessels
