• Responsible for the physical design of advanced process digital ASIC/AI/CPU chips, layout design of analog/digital chips, PPAC optimization under advanced processes, fully custom design, and exploration of new technologies in advanced packaging
• Multiple tasks including but not limited to: back-end physical implementation from gate-level netlist to GDSII, layout design of digital/analog chips, including PR, PV, IR signoff, PPAC optimization, and STA/Spice signoff

Job Summary

Support engineering teams by preparing mechanical and electrical design calculations, developing schematics and 3D BIM models, coordinating stakeholder meetings, performing clash detection, and preparing plans for authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical and electrical design calculations and select appropriate equipment in collaboration with engineers to ensure accurate system specifications
• Develop detailed mechanical and electrical system schematics using CAD software to support design clarity and project documentation
• Create and refine 3D BIM models of building mechanical and electrical systems to enhance design coordination and visualization
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with relevant stakeholders to resolve design issues and perform clash detection for system integration
• Prepare and submit detailed plans to authorities using Corenet-X to comply with regulatory requirements

We are a manufacturing company specializing in CNC milling, CNC turning, and welding fabrication. We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience to support both design and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
• Prepare detailed drawings for CNC machining and fabrication
• Design jigs, fixtures, and custom parts
• Work closely with CNC machinists and welding team on production
• Improve design for manufacturability and cost efficiency
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on shop floor

Requirements:

• Proficient in SolidWorks (3D modeling & detailing)
