Job Scope

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in generating Process Control Routers (PCR) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Assist in preparing job-related documents, including Purchase Requisitions, Balloon Drawings, and other engineering documentation.
• Gather, compile, and maintain production and engineering data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Manage, control, and maintain engineering documents.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure assigned activities are carried out with consideration of their impact on the company, customers, and the environment, and take appropriate measures to minimize adverse effects.
• Follow all safe work practices and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor or management.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent
• 0 – 1years of relevant experience

• Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP

• Preparation work on electronics products for hardware investigation (Access inside by jig and laptop PC) according to SOP Support investigation work

• Data input/uploading work into MHI management system

• Data input/uploading work into authorities management system

• Periodical check on authorities management system and summarize situation

• Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed

• Faulty goods collecting from Automobile Association approved workshops and care centers

• Periodical inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications by responding to technical queries and following up on quotations related to testing and certification requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support quality management and operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc administrative activities to support daily operations and client service delivery
• Apply basic engineering knowledge to understand technical requirements and support testing and certification processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065 quality management documentation to enhance compliance and process understanding
• Engineering background or basic technical knowledge to support technical tasks and client interactions
