Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interactive 3D visualization interfaces using Unity 3D, including real-time digital twin dashboards and OT operational views.

• Architect and implement geospatial rendering systems - integrating map layers, coordinate systems and spatial data into Unity-based frontends.

• Design and deliver seamless integration between Unity frontend components and backend systems, middleware, IoT/OT data pipelines, and REST/WebSocket APIs.

• Collaborate with IoT, OT, and robotics engineering teams to translate telemetry, sensor, and asset data into real-time 3D visualisation.

• Drive technical decisions around rendering performance, level-of-detail (LOD) strategies, shader optimisation, and scene management for large-scale operational environments.

• Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries within Unity, aligned to UX guidelines and design system standards.

• Define and enforce frontend engineering standards, coding conventions, and review practices

• Engage with product owners, systems architects, and client stakeholders to ensure frontend solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for build artefacts, automated testing, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Geospatial Science, or equivalent discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unity 3D development in a production environment.

• Demonstrated delivery of Digital Twin or 3D visualisation solutions for operational, industrial, or smart city domains.

• Understanding of IOT integrations such as OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, - Middleware integration and BMS integration

• Understanding of Command and Control (C3) systems.

• Hands-on experience integrating real-time IoT/OT sensor data into interactive 3D or geospatial frontends.

• Track record as a subject matter expert - driving architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, and managing delivery risk.

• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles; able to design frontend components with awareness of full-stack integration constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UAV (drone) inspections for façades, roofs, towers, and other hard-to-access areas
• Plan and execute aerial and terrestrial surveys using:
• Photogrammetry (SfM) for high-resolution 3D reconstruction
• LiDAR scanning (terrestrial and/or mobile) for accurate spatial capture
• Thermal imaging for building diagnostics
• Process and manage reality capture data, including:
• Generation of point clouds, orthophotos, and textured 3D models
• Registration, alignment, and cleaning of LiDAR datasets
• Integration of multi-source data (UAV, LiDAR, photography) into coherent models
• Production of deliverables for analysis (CAD drawings, BIM-ready models, mesh outputs)

Perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including:

• Infrared thermography
• Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV)
• Rebound hammer testing
• Moisture and salt analysis (for heritage materials)
• Assist in condition surveys and defect mapping of historic structures using 2D and 3D platforms
• Analyse inspection and diagnostic data to:
• Identify material deterioration and structural issues
• Correlate NDT findings with 3D spatial data
• Support evidence-based conservation strategies
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and visualisations with clear conservation recommendations
• Support conservation and diagnosis projects, including:
• Material investigation and testing
• Long-term monitoring and documentation
• Digital archiving of heritage assets

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Building, Architecture, or related field
• Certified UAV pilot (CAAS licensed or equivalent)
• Experience with NDT methods in building or infrastructure inspection
• Familiarity with heritage materials (e.g., lime plaster, stone, brick, metals) is an advantage
• Experience with photogrammetry software (e.g., Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape) preferred
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Ability to work both on-site and in office-based analysis
  

Deputy Engineering Manager (3D & Digital Modeling)

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Deputy Engineering Manager(3D/Model) to lead the digital twin and 3D modeling lifecycle for major Oil& Gas EPC projects. This role is central to our engineering execution, ensuring that multi-disciplinary designs are integrated into a seamless,clash-free, and constructible digital environment. You will bridge the gap between virtual design and physical fabrication, driving data consistency andmodel-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Coordination: Direct and synchronize 3D model development across all engineering disciplines (Piping, Structural, E&I, etc.) to maintain a "Single Source of Truth."
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict modeling standards, ensuring data consistency, attribute accuracy, and full compliance with project-specific digital protocols.
• Clash & Interface Management: Lead rigorous model reviews, automated clash detection cycles, and constructability assessments to resolve spatial conflicts before they reach the field.
• Multidisciplinary Integration: Act as the primary technical interface to resolve complex layout issues and inter-departmental design overlaps.
• Execution Support: Empower fabrication, construction, and installation teams by providing high-fidelity model outputs, 4D/5D data, and digital visualization tools.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the management of model revisions, updates, and the final digital handover (As-Built) to the client.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector, with a heavy emphasis on 3D modeling coordination and digital project delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard 3D design platforms and workflows, specifically AVEVA E3D (Everything3D) or PDMS.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex digital interfaces, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to navigate high-pressure project schedules and complex engineering challenges.
