• Assist the Project Manager/ M&E Manager in the effective planning, reviewing, monitoringand controlling progress and process of M&E works. He/she must be able to control and manage the M&E subcontractor’s progress and performance on site.
• Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
• Coordination and production of individual and combined M&E drawings (CSD).

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore/ BCA/ IES
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mechanical services in M&E Consultancy or related firms
• Candidates with Professional Engineer (Mechanical) certification will be advantageous.
