Palomar Singapore Innovation Center seeks an Applications Engineer to join the team that runs our Applications and Assembly Services operation. Expertise in Palomar equipment, with an emphasis on die attach processes, including programming and knowledge of advanced packaging materials is required. Additionally, candidate must be willing to develop expertise on wire bond and vacuum reflow processes. Being part of the small Palomar Singapore Applications team requires that each person where “multiple hats” in our Application lab.

The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible to perform engineering analytics, provide engineering solutions and perform defect investigations to support equipment refurbishment & maintenance projects.
