Job Requirements

• Design of control systems, instrumentation, cabling and cable support systems for Process equipment,
• Industrial Facilities and Commercial Buildings, with the support of a senior engineer if necessary

• Co-ordination and scheduling activities for the ELV supervisors on a project to ensure timely delivery at project milestone dates
• Interfacing with other trades during design phase and incorporate their requirements into the ELV systems design
• Technical Evaluation of vendor submissions including approval of shop drawings
• Preparing the procedure for testing and commissioning of individual system and manage subcontractor during commissioning of the Extra Low Voltage systems
• Guiding Designer / Draftsman for preparing cable routing plan, hookup drawings, wiring drawings, cable schedule, Junction Box schedule, Instrument Air manifold schedule, Block diagrams, P&IDs, Control System Schematic
• Prepare Extra Low Voltage System tender packages including specification and drawings.
• Responsible for ensuring to remain familiar with latest country codes, current practices and engineering trends within the industry
• Tendering and estimating of Extra Low Voltage system works for projects prior to award
• Prepare Technical Bid evaluations and recommendations during project execution
• Compilation and Review of Operation and Maintenance Dossier for Projects
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, equipment vendors and suppliers where required to ensure compatibility of design interfaces during construction activity
• Adherence to the Corporate and Project Quality Management System
• To take role as Work Package Owner (WPO) responsible for packages progress to completion with help of supervisor and final handover documents

Job Requirements

• Degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering
• Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications

Job Description

• Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company's standards and requirements, in particular company's safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on-the-job training
• Supporting the Power Plant to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and plant utilities
• Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failure to maintain high availability
