• Support and deliver corporate and refinery implementation of creating safety together to strengthen refinery safety cultural shift

• Responsible for the oversight and governance of critical safety risk controls implementation, monitoring and trending, verified and communicated for learnings & improvement

• Together with refinery key stakeholders, implement contractors and suppliers safety management 

• Oversight the execution of the Turnaround Safety Lead and team in turnaround planning, preparations, executions and lesson learnt

• Manage site fire safety, physical security and contract security services 

Incident Management

• Participate as safety subject matter expert in incident investigation team, facilitate Safety department owned investigations or as directed

• Structure the emergency response plan, training contents of company emergency response team to mitigate incidents, emergencies and compliance to National CERT Audits and Standard 

• Train refinery crisis leader and crisis management team in handling crisis situations

As a cleaning process engineer, you will be part of our Engineering Clean team in maintaining and improving mask blank manufacturing cleaning process. In this role, you will monitor & analyse cleaning process data, conduct troubleshooting & experiments to sustain and improve the process. • Process owner of Mask blank cleaning machines.

Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of ICT infrastructure components including servers, hosting, networking infrastructure, end-user computing, and data centre operations to ensure optimal service delivery and system availability.

Project & Technical Leadership

• Manage E&I engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications, class rules, and international standards (IEC, IEEE, API, DNV, ABS, etc.).
• Define scopes of work for engineering subcontractors and monitor deliverable schedules to meet overall project timelines.
• Review and approve engineering documents including design philosophies, load lists, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, instrument indexes, control system architecture, and room/deck layouts.

Design & Integration
