Job Requirement:

• To own, maintain and improve the following indices: Quality, Uptime and Cost.
• Sustain equipment KPI and make continuous improvements to enhance the performance.
• Monitor and control equipment performance indices. Optimize PM procedures to make it more effective and efficient.
• Coordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives.
• Manage the logistics for parts so as to prevent prolonged uptime losses in the case of equipment failure.
• Manage the expenditure allocated for equipment maintenance without compromising on quality output.
• Continuous improvement of equipment KPI in terms of quality, uptime and costs.
• Plan and implement an effective Preventive Maintenance program on equipment.
• Coach and Mentor subordinates to ensure that skill level and knowledge are up to date, and continuously give feedback on their work performance.
• Document Corrective Action and Best Known Methods, and Fan it out to all for maximum ROI and learning.
• Participate in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance.

• Know how to use SPACE to monitor and analyze SPC charts. Know how to use measurement instruments effectively in data collection.
• Understand FMEA and be able to generate FMEA analysis for new tool. Able to utilize it to identify tool weaknesses and derive the top 3 to 5 risk factors.
• Able to create PROMIS (SiView) DC OP and SPC charts.
• Coordinate new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hookup, vendor startup, to acceptance of equipment for production.
• Wafer scrap reduction awareness and mindset.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for closure of issues / events. Provide guidance to Junior Engineers.
• Self audit and update specifications to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.
• Set Expectation and carry out performance appraisal for Technician or AE as instructed by Section Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Materials / Material Sciences Engineering
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Etch Equipment with LAM tools experience in the semiconductor industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Engineers and PM on the progress of the project.
• Assist in QAQC inspection
• Ensure the safety on the area that you are in charge with assistance from the safety department.
• Supervise the subcontractor work to make sure that the method and material use is approved.
• Attend progress meeting, coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Site work inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.

• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.

The engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, fence intrusion detection systems(FIDS) and end-user IT equipment such as laptops and desktop computers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in design, install, and maintain CCTV, access control and perimeter intrusion detection (FIDS) systems
• Configure and support IP cameras, NVRs & DVRs and video management systems (VMS)
• Manage card access systems (controllers, readers, biometric devices, credentials)
• Assist in deploy and maintain FIDS technologies (sensor cables, IR beams, electric fence systems)
• Integrate CCTV with access control and FIDS for centralized monitoring and alarm handling (iSMS)
• Perform laptop and desktop troubleshooting including:
• OS installation and configuration (Windows/Linux)
• Hardware diagnostics (RAM, HDD & SSD, motherboard, peripherals)
• Software installation, updates, and issue resolution
• Virus/malware removal and system optimization
• Provide basic network support (IP configuration, LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic system health checks
• Maintain documentation (network diagrams, system configurations, asset inventory)
• Provide technical support and user assistance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced SRE tooling and automation solutions using Python and Java to improve system reliability and operational efficiency across the infrastructure lifecycle
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines by applying DevOps best practices and tools to enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery and infrastructure provisioning
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability by identifying and resolving complex incidents and implementing preventative automation and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed SRE principles, establish and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and ensure scalable, robust system architecture and disaster recovery readiness
• Provide secondary support and technical expertise for messaging and middleware platforms, including Kafka and MQ, by assisting with administration, configuration, performance tuning, and incident resolution
• Conduct architectural reviews to identify infrastructure gaps, remediate network vulnerabilities, and guide application teams on operational excellence, security, and compliance best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in DevOps, SRE, or technical infrastructure roles supporting mission-critical systems, preferably in a banking environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Java for automation, scripting, and SRE tool development
• Hands-on experience in Linux administration
• Extensive experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps toolchains such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Proficient in version control systems (GIT), project management tools (Jira), and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding and application of SRE principles including SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, alerting, and incident management with demonstrated success in improving system reliability
• Foundational to intermediate hands-on experience with messaging and middleware technologies, specifically Kafka and MQ, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-team collaboration to drive operational excellence
• Must have Java, Spring boot
• Good hands on for SQL and Linux.
