Requirements

·      Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software

·      Good with numbers

·      Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Civil and Structural works, Experience with main contractors preferred
• AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software or tools. Knowledge of BIM related execution plans, standards, and coordination processes is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (codes and standards(BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA requirements), ISO/bizSAFE/GGBS)
• Commercial VE acumen, cost awareness, attention driven with strong critical thinking skills, and disciplined systems control (documents and data tracking)
