·      Compile and maintain project documentation suchas drawings, RFIs, approvals, inspection records, T&C submissions, andas-built updates.

·      Follow up on authority submission requirements(BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA) and assist consultants and subcontractors inensuring required documents are prepared on time.

·      Resolve coordination issues by proposingtechnical solutions or alternatives and ensuring decisions are communicatedclearly to all involved parties.

·      Support QA/QC activities, including siteinspections, material verification, and monitoring rectification works fornon-compliances.

·      Ensure site safety compliance by coordinatingwith the WSH team and ensuring that subcontractors follow RA, SWP, andpermit-to-work processes.

·      Provide guidance and support to M&ESupervisors by clarifying technical requirements, reviewing their inspectionfindings, and mentoring them to improve their coordination, documentation, andsite-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting technical designs and drawings, providing technical advice and assist/learn how to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Understand why site operations must comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
• Suggest proactive measures for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings.
• Learn by walking through with QAQC team for regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and undergoing basic safety training with Safety team members.
• Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.
• Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works;
• Understand contractual requirements and check to see it complies with agreed procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or other building-related disciplines
• With 3-5 years' experience in building and construction projects.
• Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
