• Facilitate the construction and installation of the electrical equipment and its components in accordance with the specifications and standards
• Checks and reviews detailed electrical construction drawings to meet design standards and minimize errors
• Responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of automated machines, containing software as the major component
• Perform electrical and electronic conceptual details design work.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on their engineering request
• Design, Engineer, and provide optimized solutions to meet project & client requirements
• Support the site team in resolving issues during installation, testing & commissioning
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Role Overview:

Responsible for mechanical system design review, compliance checks, reliability monitoring, and quality assurance of lift mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BD / Tender Support

• Review mechanical specifications and drawings.

• Evaluate traffic analysis compliance and design feasibility.

• Identify clashes with local codes or common practices.

2. Project / Installation Stage

• Review shop drawings and mechanical calculations.

• Gatekeep installation methodology and mock-up lift checks.

• Conduct installation audit inspections.

• Participate in handover inspections and defects identification.

3. QAQC & Engineering Quality

• Monitor reliability of mechanical components (ropes, guide rails, door systems).

• Identify recurring mechanical faults and propose improvements.

• Conduct supplier quality assessments and lab testing where necessary.

• Approve parts listing for mechanical components.

• Ensure documentation control for spare parts database.

4. Root Cause Investigation

• Investigate complaints such as noisy operations, vibrations, rusty ropes, etc.

• Recommend engineering solutions to reduce recurrence.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience (lift industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of lift mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of overseas cloud-based services, ensuring platform stability, reliability, and performance; proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

• Follow internal operational processes, taking ownership of incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management.

• Be responsible for platform software upgrades, as well as the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of core systems.

• Handle major incidents and day-to-day operational issues, restore services efficiently, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term improvements.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated operations tools to improve efficiency and optimize operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Solid expertise in Linux system operations, and hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, Ansible, and other common DevOps / SRE tools.

• Experience operating on major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Shell; experience with Go / C / C++ is a plus.

1. Assists and supports the Project Manager and Senior Project Executivein planning and controlling all project-based assignments.

2. Responsible for co-ordination of all activities on assigned projectsand assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of projects.

4. Ensures effective communication and coordination between alldisciplines and project participants in the projects.

Round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitments

Respond to all incident / service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements

Create / update and track ticket in ticketing tool to closure observing SLA commitments

Escalate, when necessary, in accordance to escalation matrix

Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.

Coordinate and work with third-party suppliers or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.

Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.

Work with technical team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

Ensure all material is properly documented and handed over during shift changes

Job Requirements

Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent

Relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance

Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be added advantage

Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage

Rotating 12 hours shift or as assigned.

Shift pattern: 3 Days work shift followed by 2 days’ rest, 2 Days work shift followed by 3 days’ rest

2 Months Day shift, followed by 2 months night shift

The Defectivity Line Control Engineer is responsible for controlling defectivity in semiconductor wafer fabrication through daily line monitoring, OOC management, tool excursion response, and cross-functional problem solving. The role supports both routine operations and improvement activities to ensure stable process performance, product quality, and effective industrialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze defect Pareto, defect maps, and characterization data to identify root causes and containment actions.
• Drive tool OOC reduction and lead sporadic defect reduction activities.
• Lead the troubleshooting of defectivity alert and involve in Material Review Board for material assessment and disposition.
• Support troubleshooting of defectivity alerts and escalation of critical issues.
• Work closely with process, equipment, device, quality, and production teams to drive defect reduction and line stability.
• Support technology transfer and industrialization activities to ensure smooth deployment of new products and processes.
• Responsible for setting up, optimizing, maintaining Process Defectivity Systems like Automation system (Auto defect sampling, Auto DOI, DOLI), Defect library.
• Opportunity to involve in deployment of Advanced Defectivity Monitoring system involving AI, Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and deep learning with DIT team and opportunities to learn and apply data analytics.

Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechanical/Physics/Chemistry. 
• Preferred minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry and good knowledge in Defectivity methodology and knowledge of Defectivity inspection tool. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply as well.
• Knowledge in Klarity Defects/AceXP/Space/Spotfire and other Defectivity related tool will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of semiconductor wafer fab processes.
