We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our project team in Singapore. You will lead civil and structural (C&S) works on-site, with a strong emphasis on interfacing and coordinating architectural trades. You must be comfortable working a 6-day week and handling both design software (AutoCAD) and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Civil & Structural Design: Prepare, review, and modify civil engineering plans (earthworks, drainage, roadworks, sewerage) using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

• Architectural Coordination (Critical): Lead the integration of civil works with architectural finishes, façades, partitions, and MEP services to resolve clashes and sequencing issues.

Requirements

1. Education (Strict):

• Recognized Civil Engineering degree accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES).

• Note: Degrees from non-PEB/IES-accredited universities will not be considered.

2. Experience (Strict):

• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience in Singapore building or infrastructure projects.

• At least 3 years of the above experience must include direct coordination and arrangement of architectural works (e.g., managing interfaces between structural frames and architectural finishes, false ceilings, blockwork, screeding, wet trade).

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting of civil layouts, sections, and details).

Job Summary
