We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor cum QS for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. Job Responsibilities:

• Report and assist the Project Manager on overall project functions including project management, site management, and risk control management to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all construction activities according to the master work program and detailed schedule.
• Prepare and submit project-related documentation such as work schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, monthly progress reports, and technical submissions.
• Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), approved drawings, quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements, and contract documents.
• Coordinate and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on project matters and technical issues.
• Provide technical support and solutions to resolve design and site-related issues efficiently.

Maintain the existing PLC and SCADA system, and build the new system, and trouble shooting for the control system and control panel, and prepare the electrical single line drawing using AutoCAD, and coordinate with customer to understand customer's requirement. • Carry out site visits and inspections for cooling tower and related ACMV projects, as required

• Prepare, review, and interpret basic AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical details for cooling tower installations

• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues, discrepancies, or unexpected site conditions during project execution

• Provide technical support and coordination to internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Project teams

Job Requirements
