• Escalated to the necessary teams if there is any abnormality to the systems or the system parameters are less optimum. 
• Manage number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics 
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
• Collect, collate, compute and calculate the various support KPIs 
• Colate, computeand calculate the various system performance from system/application logs.

JobRequirements 

• Diploma, Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent 
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience 
• Relevant experience as a monitoring center engineer 
• Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be added advantage 
• Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage 
• Airport operations background will be added advantage 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinker who embraces challenges 
• Ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team 
• Able to interact with all levels of people and work under stress 
• Willing to work on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, which includes day, night,weekends, public holidays etc.

4days 12 hours and 3 days rest 

Followed by 3 days 12 hours and 4 days rest

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage systems changes using an established change request process, including assessing the impact, obtaining necessary approvals, and communicating status updates to multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and proactively implement measures to prevent recurrence. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and make adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity measures, including robust backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations in the event of disruption.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on systems to customers and project teams, assisting them in making informed decisions and resolving complex technical issues.
• Good to have troubleshooting skills and resolving issues related to PSIM (Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems, access control, alarm & intrusion systems, and network infrastructure.
• Must have backend system configuration and setup skill sets & experience as below:

1. Perform CIS hardening for Windows and Linux Server
2. Perform configuration of Linux Server- User account with limited priviledge (sudoers) 
3. SSH account (sshd_config) - Password control (chage/passwd)
4. Server restoration with REAR Perform basic computer and network maintenance

Requirement:

• Required: Nitec/Higher Nitec/diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology (IT) from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills, and able to communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly
