• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC,MSA) and quality systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, audits, and customer or supplier quality management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel or similar systems.
