Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or TeamCity.
• Implement automated build, test, deployment, and rollback processes.
• Integrate pipelines with code quality, security scanning, and approval workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Helm, or Pulumi.
• Manage configuration using IaC patterns for repeatable, compliant environments.
• Support container platforms such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes / OpenShift.
• Manage environments across Dev, UAT, SIT, Pre‑Prod, and Production.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Implement DevSecOps practices including: SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements such as: MAS TRM, PCI-DSS, GDPR, internal audit controls.
• Enforce security baselines for CI/CD pipelines, servers, cloud accounts, and artifacts.
• Work within bank-grade release processes including: CAB approvals, migration planning, deployment governance, runbook creation.
• Implement blue‑green, canary, and zero‑downtime deployment patterns.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Above 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the development and operations teams in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-availability systems. This role focuses on enabling efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices and workflows
