• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, QMS, and Project Quality Plan requirements.
• Drive the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control frameworks, systems, and continuous improvement programmes.

• Manage all testing and inspection requirements in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions to drive quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction-related field recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience within the local construction industry.
• Experience in ACMV.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with construction quality standards, inspection processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation and reporting tools.
• Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, testing agencies, and certifying bodies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
