Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating architectural design details with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and manage the architectural work schedule in line with the Project Master Programme.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control architectural subcontractors’ progress, quality, and site activities to prevent clashes and abortive work.
• Review, update, and coordinate architectural drawings, including construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, RFIs, technical queries, method statements, and correspondences.
• Use BIM or equivalent tools for design coordination, clash detection, and technical resolution.
• Prepare and submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for Consultant and authority approval.
• Supervise and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards.
• Coordinate material requisition, delivery, installation, mock-ups/testing, cost control, and assist QS in verifying subcontractor progress claims.
• Maintain proper project documentation and support project handover, including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, etc.).
• Familiar with CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards and ISO quality documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other project coordination software.

• To assist the PMR Manager in managing the PMR Unit; 
• To ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently and to initiate recovery activities in the event of production disruptions; 
• To ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and processes; 
• To ensure regulatory requirements are complied with at all times; 
• To manage and deploy resources appropriately to achieve production objectives; 
• To record and monitor production stocks and provide production data or reports upon request; 
• To handle all related production log-sheets and documents; 
• To trouble-shoot and investigate production losses and faults in processes and equipment; 
• To be in charge of equipment calibrations; 
• To lead in process improvement;

• Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
• Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
• Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff

Requirement:

ITE/GCE/ Diploma in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering etc

2 to 3 years Working knowledge in QC/QA or Calibration /Testing field.

Good to have 2 to 3 years CMM / GD&T knowledge.

Ability to read and understand technical drawing.

Good to have ISO17025 and measurement uncertainty knowledge

Ability to analyze and compile Calibration / testing data from the Calibration/ tests performed

Possess strong computer skills

An established Civil& Structural Engineering Consulting firm in Singapore requires the following:

Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To assist QP(Supervision) on the site supervision and coordination works.
• To attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues.
• To liaise with contractor and review contractor’s submission.
• Any other duties assigned by QPS or SRE.

Requirements:

• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (RE) in Singapore.
• Preferably with 2 years relevant site experience and preferably in bridge structures and/ or road works.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
