1.Job Responsibilities

(1)Network Infrastructure Support

Provide on-site support for customers’ wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and internal network security. Rapidly respond to and resolve network issues including outages, latency, and authentication problems (e.g. 802.1X, VPN).

(2)End-User Device Life-cycle Management

• Conduct training related to operation system application, shop floor management system and internal IT Management policy.
