Ideal Systems is seeking an experienced and driven BIM Engineer to support and standardize our drafting and BIM practices across our Southeast Asia operations. This role will play a key part in establishing consistency, improving efficiency, and supporting regional expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized title blocks for all drawings across Ideal Systems offices in Southeast Asia
• Establish and enforce standards for logos, legends, drawing numbering, and naming conventions across all projects and drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in BIM engineering and drafting management, preferably in a regional or multi-office environment

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Marketing) with hands-on experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a similar role, and who has a deep knowledge of the MarTech stack. Job Description

• Lead and support a manufacturing team of CVD, PVD and CMP Associate engineers (AE) to manage section daily production operations to meet Fab delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Execute routine preventive maintenance and complex mechanical repairs on prime movers, trailers, and heavy forklifts to ensure peak operational readiness.
• LTA Compliance: Schedule and manage periodic inspections required by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to ensure all vehicles remain road-legal and compliant with national standards.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults in heavy machinery and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the logistics or heavy vehicle industry.
• Technical Qualification: NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) inspection requirements and industrial safety protocols.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in repairing heavy-duty diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor in a workshop environment, including lifting heavy components and working in various physical positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Solution Engineering & Pre‑Sales Support

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to design compliant and optimized HVAC / building system solutions.
• Perform solution engineering activities including system sizing, equipment selection, and preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to collect critical design data.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide technical clarifications, value engineering options, and solution alternatives.

Technical Proposal & Tender Management

• Produce technical documentation including system design reports, commissioning records, incident analysis, and maintenance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate technical databases covering installed systems, compliance status, and configuration records.
• Deliver technical training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Contribute to standard solution templates, technical libraries, and best‑practice documentation.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a technical focal point between Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and After‑Sales teams.
• Provide proactive technical updates and risk visibility throughout the solution and project lifecycle.
• Support product improvement initiatives by feeding back field insights and customer requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and client presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, BMS, CRAC, or building systems solution engineering, pre‑sales, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems, including mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
