You will be part of the technical specialists working at the waste management facilities including Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) - a large-scale waste management infrastructural project, and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP).

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

1. To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
2. To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.
3. To attend factory acceptance tests (FATs) at local and overseas factories to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.

· You may be part of the technical team in the operation and maintenance of TSIP. Your work scope includes:

1. To lead a team of technical supervisors and specialists and coordinate maintenance work between contractors and maintenance sections to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operations of the waste-to-energy facility.
2. To implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programs for the facility's electrical and control equipment such as turbo-generators, motors, switchgears, low tension and high tension equipment, distributed control system and field instruments.
3. To administer contracts for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, EICA or building services equipment
4. To enforce permit-to-work system and safe work culture including supervising contractors’ work for quality and safety
5. To formulate and prepare standard operating and safety procedures, equipment testing / changeover programmes
6. To perform shift work in a waste-to-energy facility, if needed
7. To work closely with the management of TSIP to implement initiatives on safety and continuous improvement to enhance the safety culture and standards within the plant, as well as drive projects to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering, Chemical, Environmental Engineering)
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply*.
• Candidates with professional certification, e.g. Professional Engineer, Steam Engineer, Licensed Electrical Worker, Workplace Safety and Health Officer, will be given preference
• Possess good technical background and strong analytical skills. Knowledge in solid waste management would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably in Navisworks and Primavera P6
• Mature, independent, resourceful, and a good team player
• Good interpersonal communication, presentation and writing skills
• Able to perform shift work will be advantageous
• Able to work at construction sites and travel overseas for FATs and training

What the role is

You will be part of the team that is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the storage facility in Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) at Tuas South area. The detailed work scope and responsibilities are as follows:

What you will be working on

During Project Phase:

• Oversee the setting up of stores for the Electrical Substation (ESS), EPC1 and EPC2.
• Coordinate between Mechanical Technical Team (MTT) / Electrical Technical Team (ETT) and the contractors for the storage, tagging, identification of all types of spare parts etc when delivered.

General scope and responsibilities:

• Store Operations Management.
• Managing inventory control systems and stock levels.
• Implementing and maintaining storage procedures.
• Ensuring proper receipt, storage and dispatch of materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prepare monthly and yearly store reports for management.

What we are looking for

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Logistics, Supply Chain Management with around 3 to 5 years of working experience in store or warehouse.
• Good knowledge of various safety and environmental laws and other statutory regulations.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to carry out the work meticulously and responsible manner.
• Able to work as a team member and collaborate with others to complete tasks assigned.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possession of valid Forklift Operator License will be an advantage.

Deputy Engineering Manager (Procurement Interface)     

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic Deputy Engineering Manager(Procurement Interface) to serve as the critical link between our high-levelengineering design and global procurement operations. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for synchronizing technical output with procurement timelines to ensure that all equipment and materials for major Oil & Gas EPC projects meet rigorous project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Interface Management: Act as the primary focal point between Engineering and Procurement teams, ensuring that technical data flows seamlessly and accurately to support the supply chain.
• Technical Requisition Oversight: Coordinate the preparation, technical review, and approval of all Material Requisitions (MRs), technical specifications, and bid evaluation documents.
• Schedule Alignment: Monitor engineering progress to ensure that all design deliverables are issued instrict accordance with procurement schedules and critical project milestones.
• Vendor Compliance & Review: Lead the technical evaluation of vendor proposals and drawings, ensuring all submitted documentation aligns with project requirements and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related discipline).
• 10 to 15 years of robust experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector, with a significant career focus on engineering-procurement interface management.
• Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, global procurement processes, and complex vendor coordination.
• Proven track record in reviewing high-value technical bids and managing vendor documentation for large-scale energy infrastructure.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills, with theability to lead multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
