Job title:  AI Enablement IT Manager (Perm role with up to 6mth VB, up to $7500 basic, Digital Transformation)

This role will report to Data and Analytics Lead.

Job Description:

Data Management & Transformation

• Leading the organization’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).
• Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices.
• Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
• Coordinating with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions; manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Developing and maintain an AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets (templates, evaluation checklists, model cards) where applicable.
• Driving change management and communications to increase adoption, including stakeholder engagement, success stories, and community building.
• Defining and tracking KPIs (usage, productivity impact, quality, risk incidents) and reporting outcomes to leadership with clear recommendations.
• Staying current on GenAI and enterprise AI trends and evaluating vendors/solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to teams on solution design, feasibility, and responsible use to ensure measurable business value and compliance.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles (GenAI experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, model limitations, and evaluation approaches; able to translate between business and technical teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and change management initiatives; strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise environments; able to operationalize governance guardrails.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with common AI tools (e.g., Ms Copilot AI or equivalent), collaboration tools, and basic data literacy; comfortable working in an agile environment

Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering scalable, data-intensive applications. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, people management, and strategic thinking, with the ability to stay close to the code while driving engineering excellence.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture, improving engineering practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Collaboration across EU and US time zones will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define architecture and platform strategy, drive best practices in scalability, performance, and reliability, and contribute hands-on to development and code reviews.
• Data & Platform Engineering: Design and optimize data models, pipelines, and analytical workloads across large-scale systems, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

Core Engineering:

Data Engineering & Databases:

• Hands-on experience with analytical/columnar databases (e.g., ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, DuckDB).
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience designing and optimizing large-scale data processing systems.

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting in production).
• Hands-on experience with Helm and containerized application deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but AWS/GCP also relevant).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Deputy Engineering Manager (3D & Digital Modeling)

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Deputy Engineering Manager(3D/Model) to lead the digital twin and 3D modeling lifecycle for major Oil& Gas EPC projects. This role is central to our engineering execution, ensuring that multi-disciplinary designs are integrated into a seamless,clash-free, and constructible digital environment. You will bridge the gap between virtual design and physical fabrication, driving data consistency andmodel-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Coordination: Direct and synchronize 3D model development across all engineering disciplines (Piping, Structural, E&I, etc.) to maintain a "Single Source of Truth."
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict modeling standards, ensuring data consistency, attribute accuracy, and full compliance with project-specific digital protocols.
• Clash & Interface Management: Lead rigorous model reviews, automated clash detection cycles, and constructability assessments to resolve spatial conflicts before they reach the field.
• Multidisciplinary Integration: Act as the primary technical interface to resolve complex layout issues and inter-departmental design overlaps.
• Execution Support: Empower fabrication, construction, and installation teams by providing high-fidelity model outputs, 4D/5D data, and digital visualization tools.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the management of model revisions, updates, and the final digital handover (As-Built) to the client.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC sector, with a heavy emphasis on 3D modeling coordination and digital project delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard 3D design platforms and workflows, specifically AVEVA E3D (Everything3D) or PDMS.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex digital interfaces, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to navigate high-pressure project schedules and complex engineering challenges.
