Key Duties

• Lead design and development of PLC, SCADA, and Control Systems (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider)
• Develop system architecture, control philosophies, and functional design specifications
• Design control panels, wiring diagrams, and I/O lists
• Perform hardware and software integration across multiple platforms and third-party systems
• Involved in full project execution and liaising with client
• Configure industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Support site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentation and reports
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Propose improvements to system design, workflows, and engineering practices

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in System Integration / Industrial Automation
• Strong hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA programming and commissioning
• Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)
