Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuration, maintenance and upgrading of servers, networks and related hardware and software
• Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
• Perform day-to-day IT infrastructure health and security monitoring and checks
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network related issues
• Perform change management control, and ensure changes are trackable and properly documented
• Respond to service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions
• Work with service providers to ensure SLAs are met
• Automate tasks with basic Bash/PowerShell scripting and high-level programming languages such as Python/Perl
• Provide support in the provisioning of IT infrastructure-related projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or equivalent

• Strong understanding of server and networking fundamentals

Job Summary

Provide technical support and maintenance for hardware and software to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot issues on site, support project deployments, and maintain effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users to ensure smooth operational continuity
• Perform monthly on-site hardware maintenance to prevent equipment failures
• Attend to site issues during rotational 24/7 standby on weekdays after office hours and weekends (Sat, Sun & PH)

1.Job Responsibilities

(1)Network Infrastructure Support

Provide on-site support for customers’ wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and internal network security. Rapidly respond to and resolve network issues including outages, latency, and authentication problems (e.g. 802.1X, VPN).

(2)End-User Device Life-cycle Management

Responsible for the full life-cycle management of end-user devices, including initial deployment of desktop computers (primarily Windows-based), software installation, daily maintenance, as well as configuration and management of peripherals such as printers and scanners.

(3)Windows Domain Administration

Perform basic Active Directory (AD) administration tasks, including user account creation, access rights management, domain joining, Group Policy Object (GPO) application, and shared folder management.

(4)Server & Data Security Operations

Responsible for routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of customer Windows Servers. Execute scheduled data backups and verify backup integrity to ensure business continuity.

(5)Vendor Management

Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance, repair, and support matters.

(6)Documentation & IT Asset Management

Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventories, system configuration documentation, and prepare incident reports, root cause analysis, and periodic operations reports as required.

(7)Support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

2.Job Requirements

(1)Education

Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

(2)This position requires frequent communication with HQ based in Beijing, China and require to communicate in Mandarin.

(3)Technical Skills

·Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word);

Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, with working knowledge of VLAN, DHCP, and DNS;

·Basic configuration and troubleshooting experience with networking equipment from vendors;

·Entry-level experience in Windows Server administration, including AD, SMB, DHCP, and DNS roles;

(4)Demonstrates strong customer service awareness and patience, capable of handling technical support requests under pressure.

(5)Exhibits good team spirit and can assist or coordinate with colleagues in IT operations and support tasks.

(6)Willingness to learn new technologies.

(7)Understands and complies with relevant requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

4.Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

• Possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of QA experience with exposure to ServiceNow testing.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD,ITRM, Security Operations, Workplace Service Delivery, Strategic Portfolio Management etc.) and workflows.

• Strong experience in ServiceNow testing, including Automated Test Framework(ATF).

• Experience in managing end-to-end SIT and UAT cycles.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and module functionalities.

• Proven experience in test strategy development, test case design, and defect management.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, REST API testing tools, Postman).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) will be advantageous.

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patch testing will be a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines will be a plus.
