Job Scope

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in generating Process Control Routers (PCR) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Assist in preparing job-related documents, including Purchase Requisitions, Balloon Drawings, and other engineering documentation.
• Gather, compile, and maintain production and engineering data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Manage, control, and maintain engineering documents.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure assigned activities are carried out with consideration of their impact on the company, customers, and the environment, and take appropriate measures to minimize adverse effects.
• Follow all safe work practices and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor or management.

Requirement

Job Description

1.       Provide on-site guidance and training for customers' product trial, help customers to solve technical problems, become a bridge of technical communication between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations;

2.       Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, deliver solutions, and provide post-sales technical support. Responsible for drafting technical documents including project proposals, bidding documents, test reports, and implementation plans.

3.       Collect and sort out customer and market demand to provide more accurate and timely information for back-end product research and development;

4.       Participate in relevant marketing activities and give keynote speeches;

5.       Carry out technical exchange and cooperation with partners;

6.       Handle customer issue tickets.

Job requirements

1.      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

2.     At least 1 year of working experience in IT and internet-related companies. Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies and enterprise products. Experience in after-sales, R&D, or operation and maintenance for medium to large-scale projects is preferred.

3.     Excellent communication skills, able toconvey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4.     Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

5.     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Hard requirements

1.      Industry and Experience: Focus on cloud computing and cloud-native fields; with over 1 year of work experience(fresh graduates must have basic knowledge of Docker and K8s); those with operation and maintenance of project delivery experience are preferred.

2.     Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above.

3.     Core Competencies:

·        Technical Skills: Master basic operations of Docker and K8s; familiar with the usage logic of cloud-native platforms.

·        Focus on cloud-native and container platform fields; provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to clients; with experience in operation and maintenance of delivery positions.

·        Collaboration Skills: Able to collaborate with the Chinese team to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
