Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business within assigned market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pre-sales discussions to post-sales support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including technical questions and quotation requests.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Continuously build product knowledge and sales skills to provide quality customer support.
- Achieve sales KPIs, including revenue and customer visit targets.
- Use CRM systems (e.g. SAP) to generate quotations and manage customer records.
- Take initiative in business development activities and support overall business growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Biomedical Engineering or any related course of studies
- Internship in related field/ experience dealing with laboratory equipment or apparatus will be highly preferred
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Comfortable dealing with customers and sales driven
