Key Responsibilities

Site Reliability & Operations

• Manage and improve the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of the SHIP-HATS platform
• Define, monitor, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce operational toil and prevent recurring incidents
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimisation

Observability & Monitoring

• Design and implement observability solutions across logging, metrics, and distributed tracing

Infrastructure & Automation

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

• Advocate for DevSecOps, automation, and operational best practices across teams

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Fortify, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, or Bash

A professional engineer with team leadership capabilities, who plans and co-ordinates specialist engineering activities and is charged with managing project revenues over a portfolio of projects. Alternatively provides technical and project management support to colleagues in an area of expertise within the engineering function

·       Manages or provides technical support to project execution, start up and site operations readiness

·       Acts as technical owner of specific area within engineering function and provide lead expertise in manufacturing process equipment’s and systems. Provides technical consultancy to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Process owner to develop process recipe for BIC Units Per Hour (UPH), conducting process characterization to define process parameters and boundary.

Technology enablement and development – Process, Material, Equipment 

• Participate and support Product Roadmap, to enable key process capability and technology development to ensure packaging solution is ready prior 1st Qual Silicon deliver. 

• Frequent engagement with equipment and material supplier (at least interval of monthly or daily/weekly for process issues) 

• Collaboration with Supplier and involvement Supplier Roadmap (Material/Equipment), to understand market trends and competitor’s direction, ensure key process technology and capability enablement is in-line.

Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Contract basis

Location: Flex, 1, Kallang Place, Singapore

Objective:

Our trainee program aimed at grooming and developing potential Engineers on a contract basis for a duration of 1-2 years. This program will offer comprehensive training and hands-on experience in Test Engineering.

Program Highlights:

• In-Depth Training: Trainees will receive extensive training on systems, processes, and products.
