Current Teams are focusing projects on AI Agent, Computer Vision, Vision Language Models (VLMs)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Algorithm Development: Development and optimization of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
2. Model Training and Evaluation: Participate in the construction and training of artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to neural networks, decision trees, etc., evaluate and optimize the models to improve their performance and accuracy.
3. Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Conduct data collection, cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering, provide high-quality data for model training, and arrange and guide data labelers to carry out data labeling and other work.
4. Collaboration and Deployment: Collaborate with team members to integrate algorithm models into actual business systems, promote the implementation of projects, and realize the intelligent upgrading of products.
5. Research and Innovations: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. Explore and deploy new technologies, drive innovations to create value to market needs, and enhance the company's competitiveness. Audio and video algorithms for surveillance/monitoring applications which also include the research and implementation of algorithms involving target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, experiments, and project workflows. Communicate results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Min Master's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics / Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics or a related field.
• Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and keeping track with the latest SOTA implementations.
• Strong programming skill in Python, C / C++, proficient in mathematical / statistical concepts and exceptional coding skills
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks be familiar such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet etc.
• Have rich project experience in machine learning and deep learning, be familiar with common algorithm models, such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, ViT, etc., and be able to improve and innovate models according to actual problems.
• Experience in familiar the design, parameter tuning and optimization methods of neural network models is a plus
• Experience in model compression and in the transplantation and optimization of deep learning forward inference on various platforms, including NPU / GPU / DSP / ARM on mobile platforms and CPU / GPU on server platforms is also a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability, able to independently undertake the research and tackling of complex problems and team spirit are highly valued traits.

Job Purpose:

System Studies, Test program/scripts design and development, System Validation for new products, System Investigations and R&D support to Customer issues.

Key responsibilities:

· Design and verify digital and analog electronic circuits for micro-controller based system.

· Develop electrical designs to meet the design specifications

· Circuits analysis, test and trouble-shooting

· Design and develop FTDI IC pre-silicon/post silicon validation platform

· Define IC product validation plan and design IC validation test cases

· Review and develop product specification.

· Perform H/W and system design and verification

· Perform product compliance certification

· Perform design, application note and production release documents

· Perform production test support materials

· Support transfer of products to production.

Additional responsibilities:

· Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individuals’ capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.

· As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

· Degree/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

· At least 7 years of experience in the area of products development/validation

· Working experience from design to production are essential

· Knowledge and working experience in one or more of the following:

· Microprocessor system, architecture and development.

· Digital and analog circuit design experience

· Test scripts development in Python or other Programming languages is a must

· Knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C

· FPGA development with RTL design experience is a plus

· Knowledge of USB type C, Power Delivery, USB3.2 SuperSpeed is a plus

Digital IC Design

• Perform Verilog RTL design to meet product specifications and requirements
• Perform Logic Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis
• Work with Physical designer to achieve timing closure
• Work with Systems and Software engineers on FPGA verification
• Lead DFT related activities - Scan Insertion, ATPG, Pattern Validation
• Work with test team in debugging production test issues
• Help debug & correct any functional issues found in taped-out devices
• Participate in design reviews, support ISO processes and documentation

- Digital and mixed-signal design

- USB interface products

- Knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C

- Project Management

Job Description:

1. Define, implement, and maintain a cybersecurity engineering process & Cybersecurity management system across the product lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning.

2. Responsible of Cyber Security Manager in project and Cyber Security Architecture.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional process stakeholders to ensure alignment & consistency with the cybersecurity process.

4. Support internal and external audits and assessments, including preparation of evidence for ISO/SAE 21434 and other relevant standards.

5. Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within the cybersecurity process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Collaborate with the IT department to establish a Cyber security key management system to meet the needs of project development and manufacturing.

7. Manager Cyber security testing and verification for products

8. Oversee ongoing cyber security monitoring and handle cyber security incidents after project mass production

Requirements:

1. Solid undestanding of Cybersecurity Automotive standards and regulations such as ISO21434, R155, GB44495.

2. Experience defining, maintaining and improving engineering processes, work products, and lifecycle documentation.

3. Familiarity with Tier 1 supplier cybersecurity management, including requirements definition and compliance assessment.

4. Practical experience with performing & coordinating the TARA analysis for automtoive items/components.

5. Ability to work independently and take ownership of process definition and governance.

6. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple time zones.

7. ISO 21434 Certification (or other equivalent certifications) is highly appreciated.

8. Experience/familiarity with the incident response process is a plus.

9. Proficiency in python scripting.
