• Ensure engineering excellence across modern tech stack including Java, Node.js, .NET, and API-first Architectures
• Own platform scalability, performance, resilience, and security across all systems
• Partner with Data and Enterprise Services teams to enable real-time and data-driven capabilities

• Support NPI activities; pick & place program editing, perform line balancing and UPH improvement to production line.

• Support Wave soldering machine, tasks similar to SMT.

Job Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in equipment maintenance related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and pneumatic.
• Knowledge of PCBA equipment and process related knowledge is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all test platforms and inspection machines (including but not limited to ICT, AXI, Flying Probe, IC offline Programmers, and Barcode label printers) according to the checklists.
• Follow and comply with equipment regulatory and safety requirements.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting on production line test equipment to resolve hardware or software errors quickly to minimize production downtime.
• Assist in the physical setup and changeover of functional testers, ensuring correct fixtures and programs are loaded.
• Carry out basic repairs on test fixtures and cables, escalating complex issues to the Senior Engineering Assistant.
• Accurately record all maintenance activities and machine downtime in the system. 
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools are returned to designated spots (5S compliance).
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Work on different shifts as required to support dynamic production schedules and operational needs.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with deep expertise in regulatory risk modeling and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and implementation of MCF-based applications supporting risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, ECL, CVaR).

•Manage end-to-end application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

•Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks including Basel IV, IFRS9, ICAAP, IRRBB, and regional requirements (MAS, HKMA, APRA).
